• We always start with an online or Face to Face (location dependant) consultation. 

• Inspirational mood boards to reflect the design concepts and ideas

• ​2D floor plans and layout options (number of layout options to be agreed)​

• Sketch design document; illustrating the main ideas, designs and details

• Meet to discuss the design options and chose a design

• 2x revisions to the design proposals

Stage 2 - 

• 3D Visualisation of the chosen design

• Elevations of key areas

• Complete room scheme for each space. To include; 

  • Colours and wallpapers​

  • Detailed decorating list

  • Window treatments including sourcing samples for the final design

  • Soft Furnishing and Decor styling and visual boards

  • Elevation designs for artwork/decorative wall pieces - a few key pieces per room

• Curated shopping list with 2-3 options per item; within budget, sized for the space. Presented in a detail list with links of where to buy

• Any trade discounts that can be applied

Stage 3 - 

• ​Follow up meeting to go through the design package.

• 6 hours additional contact time​ - extra time to get advice on implementing the design, help when out shopping etc.
